What is Spinal Flow
The Spinal Flow Technique is based on the 7 gateways of the spine (see blow), and 33 access points, which facilitates healing via the nervous system. It is a gentle technique that releases physical, chemical & emotional stress stored in the spine, allowing your body to rejuvenate your health.
The Spinal Flow approach to better health is to detect, reduce and help prevent nervous system blockages and create more ease in the body. When your nervous system is healthy and communication is flowing freely, your body’s ability to heal is enhanced. Your body’s capacity to heal is far more potent than most people are ever led to believe.
Spinal Flow consists of light touches on the cranium, sacrum and spine without any manipulation or cracking. Blockages begin to dissolve and the nervous system begins to restore itself from a ‘stress zone’ to a ‘healing zone’. Only then can the body really begin to heal.
There are no contraindications.
Suitable for all ages. Blockages in the body can arise as early as conception, that's why from preconception and conception for women, to newborns through to children, teens and adults, all can significantly benefit from Spinal Flow.
Healing is a journey, not a sprint with a finish line. When we choose to embrace the journey to better health, with its ups, downs, twists and turns, and appreciate our body's amazing ability to bring our awareness to areas that need our attention, we tend to find this holistic approach to health can bring about some amazing results.

How long does it take to heal?
The healing journey is unique and varies from one person to another, as it takes time for both the development of a condition and its resolution. Some clients enjoy immediate results, while others find that their recovery takes several weeks, months or longer. Children often respond quickly, while adults with longstanding health problems heal more slowly. Very often, it takes the first session or two, for clients to move out of their head and drop into their body, where true healing can happen.
When taking an holistic approach to healing, lifestyle plays a big part in the healing journey. While Spinal Flow sessions help to reduce (physical, chemical and emotional) stress in the body, what goes on in a person's life outside of these sessions can significantly influence how sustainable these positive changes can be.
Spinal Flow is generally most effective when clients seeking faster healing, initially have 2-3 sessions per week, after which regular spinal flow check-ups can then assist in maintaining high standards of physical and emotional health. The frequency of sessions comes down to the client and their individual needs.

What to Expect in your First Session
At the time of booking your first appointment, you will be required to complete a Health History Questionnaire. (The terms and conditions are included).
Completing the Health Questionnaire before our session helps significantly as it means I can review it prior to our session and maximise the time we have together.
You will have the option of paying at the time of booking or paying at the start of your appointment time.
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email covering details for your arrival.
During your session we;
- Take into account your health history
- Identify what you hope to get out of the session
- Do a full postural & gateway assessment and discuss any blockages that were found
- Answer any questions and discuss if/and how Spinal Flow may assist you on your health journey
- On mutual agreement, proceed with a spinal flow session. This requires clients to be fully clothed face down on a therapy table (Clients who find this position too hard have the option of lying on their side, face up, or sitting in a chair).
- NOTE: Clients are to wear loose fitting pants (ie, no active wear, or thick jeans material with thick seams to allow for better connection to the access points). And socks for hygienic purposes.
I can't wait to see you on your healing journey
